About me
I am a dedicated and experienced clinician with over 20 years of expertise in individual, couples, and family therapy. As a registered Social Worker with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers, and a member in good standing of the Ontario Association of Social Workers, I am committed to delivering compassionate, evidence-based care.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier University (2007) and have served in a variety of settings, including children’s mental health services, community health centers, hospital outpatient mental health departments, and private practice.
Throughout my career, I have worked with clients from diverse backgrounds, spanning various ages, abilities, cultural, racial, and religious identities. My approach is skillful, nurturing, supportive, and culturally sensitive, ensuring each client receives personalized, client-centered care.

I am trained in a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Comprehensive Behavioral Intervention for Tics (CBIT), Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapy, and the Comprehensive Model for Behavioral Treatment (ComB) for hair pulling, skin picking, and other Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors.
